1:1 Virtual Coaching: Intensive, personalized coaching from thoroughly vetted, highly qualified expert instructional coaches.
1: Coaching must be 1:1 to maximize impact.
6: To be habit-forming, coaching must take place at least 1 time per week for at least 6 weeks.
48: Feedback must happen within 48 hours of observation. More than that, and the impact of the feedback declines steeply. It must be fresh!
