SELF-care Toolkit is designed to promote the possibility of having a balanced state of mental health by learning to express and manage emotions in different contexts. This program is a self-learning program available in English and Spanish.
Our purpose is to help adolescents to avoid depression and anxiety in these moments of crisis and promote their emotional well-being after the events of COVID-19. The SELf-care toolkit is intuitive, simple, and accessible to adolescents and adults. It’s available all the time and doesn’t require a tutor or guide for its use. The SELf-care toolkit generates significant learning by combining intellectual knowledge with experiential learning through playful and interactive activities, online and offline.
It's a self-learning program and each lesson is about 30 minutes.
