Chelsea Hackett PhD

Chelsea Hackett PhD, is the co-founder and Executive Director of SPEAK, a non-profit that focuses on youth Vocal Empowerment. In addition, she is an interdisciplinary artist, researcher, and creative consultant. Dr. Hackett was a professional development coach and teaching artist in New York City, working in schools across all five boroughs. She created and taught workshops on literacy and anti-bullying, and trained teachers to integrate art into special needs education, and as a tool for emerging English speakers.
